🔒 RxParse does not store prescription data. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after parsing. We do not sell, share, or retain patient information.

1. Introduction

AMILLI AI, CORP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates RxParse (rxparse.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Prescription data: Text or images you submit for parsing. This data is processed in real time and immediately deleted after parsing is complete. It is never stored, logged, or retained.
Usage data: Basic server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard web server logging and contains no PHI.
Contact information: If you contact us via email, we retain your email address and message for communication purposes only.

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

Provide the prescription parsing service
Respond to your inquiries
Improve the Service
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

RxParse is designed to minimize PHI exposure:

Prescription images and text are processed in memory and deleted immediately after parsing
No PHI is written to permanent storage
No PHI is logged in server logs
No PHI is transmitted to third parties except Anthropic's API for parsing (see Section 5)

Covered Entities using RxParse must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AMILLI AI, CORP. Contact us at amilliaicorp@gmail.com to obtain a BAA.

5. Third Party Services

RxParse uses the following third party services:

Anthropic Claude API: Prescription text and images are sent to Anthropic for AI processing. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy and does not retain or train on API data.
Render: Our hosting provider. Server infrastructure only — no PHI is stored.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information including:

HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
Immediate deletion of uploaded files after processing
No persistent storage of PHI
Regular security reviews

7. HIPAA Compliance

AMILLI AI, CORP operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA when processing PHI on behalf of Covered Entities. We are committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards for PHI. Covered Entities must execute a BAA with us prior to clinical use of the Service.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not retain prescription data, there is no stored PHI to access, correct, or delete. For any other privacy requests, contact us at amilliaicorp@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

RxParse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
