⚠ IMPORTANT: RxParse is an AI-assisted data extraction tool only. It is NOT a medical device and is NOT a substitute for pharmacist judgment. All output must be verified by a licensed pharmacist before any medication is dispensed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RxParse ("the Service") operated by AMILLI AI, CORP, a Florida corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RxParse is an artificial intelligence-assisted prescription data extraction tool designed to assist pharmacy professionals in reading and organizing prescription information. The Service uses AI to extract text fields from prescription images and documents.
RxParse is an assistive technology tool only. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared or approved, and is not intended to replace the professional judgment of licensed pharmacists or other healthcare professionals.
3. Medical Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All prescription data extracted by RxParse must be independently verified by a licensed pharmacist before any medication is dispensed. The Company expressly disclaims any liability for errors in data extraction that result in incorrect medication dispensing.
Users acknowledge that AI systems can make errors and that human verification is mandatory for all clinical decisions.
4. HIPAA and Protected Health Information
RxParse processes Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Users who are Covered Entities or Business Associates under HIPAA must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AMILLI AI, CORP prior to using the Service in a clinical setting.
The Company does not retain prescription data beyond the active parsing session. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable federal and state privacy laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMILLI AI, CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMILLI AI, CORP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
7. User Responsibilities
Users of RxParse agree to: (a) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (b) verify all AI-extracted data before clinical use; (c) maintain appropriate professional licenses; (d) comply with all applicable healthcare regulations; and (e) execute a BAA with the Company before processing PHI.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by AMILLI AI, CORP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written permission.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
